Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday is used in our business mostly as a very efficient scheduling tool. Not only does it help us know what projects we'll be working on, but we can also see if people are taking holiday time, if people are working from home, and also a clear concise look at what productions are in the pipeline,

Pros

  • Keeping things clear and concise with it's intuitive UI
  • Helping me stay organised and on top of my workload
  • Great in built app support for other work apps such as Slack

Cons

  • Perhaps a little bit more room for personalistion?
  • I would let you know, but I don't look at any of this number stuff, that's all down to the producers!
As I've said before, easy to use and understand, it's made keeping on top of my workload an absoloute dream. We've used things in the past which have had very mixed results, but Monday just keeps everything simple and clean and allows me to focus on the things that matter.
Put an 8, only because I haven't had to outwardly use any customer service support so I can't throw a 10 on there. If I ever do though, I'll be sure to let you know and hopefully bump it up to a 10!
As I've said before, It's helped me focus on getting my work done to the best of my ability as I haven't had to waste time stressing about organisation and deadlines falling out of my hands, as the hard work has already been taken care of for me! :)

Monday has been most suited to the busier periods of my job, where I may be juggling three different large scale projects in one week. Monday helps me keep track of all these projects, how much time I will be spending on each one and when exactly I'll be working on each one too, all while being able to see what the rest of my colleagues are working on at the same time.
