Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to stay on pace and work together on projects. monday.com has been fantastic! I am able to leave notes for my colleagues and communicate across different departments. We all work from home so this has been so helpful. We can show each stage and where we are at in every project. Keeps the team on track and find where the bottle necks are.

My director loves this feature. It’s very easy to use and intuitive. We have many automations set up to save time and money. We use this to alert a customer/client or a team member about multiple items in a project. Sometimes we require customer feedback or approval in order to move forward.

Support Rating

I have never spoken to Support however my colleagues have and they said it was great! They are helpful and got what they needed right away. They even helped us with our user experience and made it even easier to use. We don’t have a lot of issue because monday.com works so well.

Reliability & Availability

Features are pretty good and do what they say they do. So far I am happy. It reminds me of other CRMs that I have used in the past at other companies. Very easy and intuitive and user friendly. I Would recommend this management software to any organization or company.

Again it keeps multiple people on track on a single project. Very Important to us as a Company to stay on track as we all work from home. When we all have a roll and contributing to a single project, monday.com keeps everyone up to date on the progress and if there any issues. Tagging a team member so they get a notification is key
