Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to organize and manager our multiple projects that we have all over the country. From commissions, sales, client, contacts, companies, locations. One of the problems that we have is the knowing the status of each phase of the project and monday.com helps us with this matter a lot to make sure we do not miss anything regarding the project.

I give this rating because it is a software that is easy to use, easy to learn, friendly, clear, it can be shared with your coworkers which is great, adaptable to many industries, manageable, updates constantly, provides training for new users, easy to access, fast and it is just a great tool in general.

Support Rating

I give it a 10 but I really never use the support so far. My boss has with some issues we had in the past and it was properly handled.

Great performance, great program, always working, data is saved and never at risk, contact information in monday.com is used for marketing strategies.

I think it is well suited for small and medium companies that are industries such as: Sales, project management, hospitality, contractors, retail companies, social media companies, direct sales, marketing, construction. In general any company that needs or require constant follow up with their projects or clients. Not suited for large companies or forex or stuff like that.
