monday.com helps me stay organized. From a way to work together as a team to just using it to keep track of my personal to do list. It is great to have a place where others can assign tasks to you, you can assign tasks to specific projects, and can set up reoccurring task. My favorite feature is a document feature, and being table to add in widgets. I have used Notion in the past and I was able to make it give that feel.
- Quickly add tasks
- When in a document, the ability to jump down to different headings
- Very easy to change the due date of a project or task
- Automations
- The option of only one level of subtasks
- The Kanban view is hard to customize and get it exactly how you want it
- Maybe an email every morning of what you have due that day
- Our company uses Google suite for everything, being able to coordinate with Google Tasks somehow would be great
