Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We utilize monday.com to help communicate in-house and track prior pipelines and contacts. Out Teams at OSP create work boards to help keep things orderly and run more efficient. It is quite easy to create a board or create "polls" to help with day-to-day operations. I like the deal tracker feature in CRM.

monday.com has been a go to for tracking contacts and setting tasks as needed. It is a simple platform to navigate and gets the job done. It is not overly complex, and boards are easy to build and read. I would give it a 3 on performance, Teammates would rate higher.
