Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to schedule install and repair jobs. We're able to organize it to show who the client is, whose job it is, order number, point of contact, date the work has been scheduled for, if it has been cleared by DigSafe, and other important details. We also use monday.com to coordinate our production work (custom flags, stock flags, repairs, etc.).

Pros

  • Organize job schedule
  • Easily access details of jobs from all sales people
  • Check status of specific jobs

Cons

  • Quicker navigation between boards
  • Alerts when passed the due date of jobs
  • Archives (it may have it already, but I don't know where on the site to find it).
  • Easer setup of project management boards
  • Universal access to production/repair information
  • Projects moving through the monday.com workflow helps with communication between coworkers and between workers and clients.
When I started, I was given little instruction on how to use monday.com and I was able to pick it up very easily. The boards are clear, clean, and user friendly. Also, since they are customizable (I didn't have a hand in customizing ours), it makes it much easier to display important information for all coworkers to see.
The support for monday.com is good because I've never had to use it (so far). I have run into zero glitches or hiccups in the three plus years I've been using it. However, as soon as I log in to monday.com, if I needed assistance, the help button is right on the front page, so it is clearly marked and easy to find.
monday.com has made it a lot easier for us to see what jobs we have coming up, who they're for, and when we anticipate the work happening. The has allowed for easier communication between managers, sales people, and installers which has lead to higher customer satisfaction since their projects are getting done in a timely fashion.

If you're working in production and job scheduling, monday.com is very user friendly, eye catching, and organized. It'll help you to clearly and concisely lay out your work schedule and projects. monday.com may not be appropriate if your work doesn't involve juggling multiple projects at once, but it would be helpful if you have one big project with a lot of smaller parts.
