Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
In this case i use monday.com for organize the documentation of my work, the problems, the issues, the bugs using dev platform (MondayDev) and assign work to other workers from the company, is easier for me, because is a simply board, i can use it all the time

- maybe with the automatizations
- send SMS to notify interactions in the board
- Efficiency in validating the monitoring of internal company processes
- Document management according to project ID/Name management
- Email tracking according to phase and project
- Validation of the status of the different projects at first glance on the dashboard
works really good but sometimes i have problems with the documents, sometimes i have to recharge to get my documents, is the same issue in the ipad app
Zendesk is more for support, monday.com is more complete than the zendesk platform but in the future i want to change the dev part, because In bugs when somebody send a data in the form, the platform could send the id ticket to the email provided, I like it in the future
