Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

At our organization, we use monday.com to streamline work organization, manage sprints, and map and allocate tasks. It addresses business problems such as task visibility, team collaboration, and project tracking. Our use case includes planning and monitoring project timelines, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring clear communication. This enhances efficiency, accountability, and timely project delivery.

Cons

  • Better automation
  • Easier setup of project management boards
It is easy to use, it is visually pleasing, it runs smoothly etc.
The monday.com working as designed improved team collaboration, task tracking, and project visibility, which has led to increased organization and implementation of projects.
I also use the other selected. But I prefer monday.com because it is more clear (visually and intuitively), and also because I have been using it for longer than the others. However, there is the price factor that must be taken into consideration

Its well suited for project management and team collaboration, from the most basic activities to agile sprints and software development. Nonetheless, for basic activities it might be less appropriate due to its pricing model, where companies with tight budgets might find more value in less expensive tools that offer core functionalities at a lower cost.​
