Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for all aspects of the company. We use it for rebate incentive tracking, information boards for our sales reps, invoice and sale tracking, ordering, and job scheduling for our install crew. We love that it can be used in all factions of our company and that even someone with little computer experience can navigate it.

It has SO many options to make the boards and workspaces automate like we need them to. besides certain integrations the options are endless to make our boards be what we need. From sales CRMs, to invoicing and AP/AR boards all the way down to project management. It is 100% customizable and we love it!
We have not had to use customer support yet so I can not speak on this but I will say that, that alone should tell you how good it is. We have not needed help to figure anything out or had issues. It is that easy to set up and use on your own.
Again, this program has completely changed the game for our business. Everything they said it would do, it does and then some. We use it for every aspect of our company and we are always adding new boards and ways to make our work flow even more seamless. We have nothing but good things to say about monday.com
We have not used anything like Monday.com before. We used to do all of what I described on Google Sheets and share them with the company. It was very time consuming and cumbersome to remake new sheets every year, Monday.com gives us the freedom to add on year by year and not have the headache of spreadsheets

it has completely changed our productivity at the office. We were doing everything on google sheets and excel forms before. monday.com has been crucial in us being able to blend all our departments together more seamlessly. We have less errors in processing and getting information between departments and the fact we can access the info anywhere is amazing for when we travel.
