Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Internal ticketing and project management across sales, solutions engineering, and product teams. We handle professional service projects as well as pre-sales scoping projects that are managed in monday.com. The timeline visualizations and project intake forms are very valuable tools for us.

Very similar feature-function-wise wise but the UI is the ultimate differentiator that makes adoption so much easier on monday.com.
