Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I'm currently involved in international recruitment, and we've decided to utilize this specific software as our main HR management tool. In addition to that, we've discovered that it works incredibly well when it comes to managing a wide variety of different projects. Honestly, I'd have to say that it's a genuinely fantastic tool to have at your disposal. The automations it provides really make things significantly easier in everyday use.

Pros

  • Able to collect candidate data through forms directly to the tables
  • Able to filter and shortlist candidates

  • Dashboard capabilities are still limited
  • No measures to ensure data quality
  • Reminders for data quality improvement
  • Customisability
  • Saves time
  • Participant experience
The integrations are awesome. We have used docugen and Make.com for integrations and automations.
Support is great.
This software really saves a significant amount of time, and its customization options are truly awesome. We're using it to manage our HR services related to onboarding international candidates specifically for the NHS Wales.
