Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Monday.com for project management, both with internal and external stakeholders. We use the Gantt chart to keep a close eye on deadlines and for larger projects, we are also adding a column for the cost to align with the budget. I also use it for smaller daily tasks, like a to-do list.

Trello and Asana

The UX is way better in monday.com, and the mobile version is very user-friendly as well. It is also great to quickly produce a Gantt chart and customize columns, for a 360 marketing plan overview. Objectives, KPIs, budget, etc. I am also happy with the content marketing monday.com is providing, it provides value for marketers.

I am keeping track of our own and our team's daily tasks and projects, social media management, and budget tracking. Day to day to-do-lists for me and the team where we can check status and mark when done I can comment on the team's to-do's if I can see that it is incomplete. Instead of a call or an email, we try to keep most communication on monday.com in order to have a good overview of all our tasks. It also acts as a backlog then social media management - objective, KPI, budget, creatives and copy all added to monday.com columns. As well as the posting date.
