We use it for our intranet site for company communication and document access.

- Subscribing to pages to be updated of changes can be clunky
- Saves time by being one place for employees to go for information
- Saves storage space as documents to not need to be saved by each users
- Saves e-mail server space by not having to send attachments to the stored documents
