MS SharePoint is being used to do share docs between teams.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Great organization.
The ability to have all my docs on there and accessible.
Easy to work with.

Cons

Sometimes it goes down on the back end, which makes things a bit tricky to work with.

Return on Investment

It has made the sharing of documentation and processes more streamlined.

Alternatives Considered

Google Drive

They are about as equally usable. We used SharePoint because it was included with our 365 license.

Other Software Used

Microsoft Office 2016, Microsoft Office 365, Slack

SharePoint is great for keeping communication and document sharing between team members organized and easy. It allows for process docs to be shared, but also consistently edited documents to be shared and checked out as well.
