Overall Satisfaction with MS SharePoint

MS SharePoint is being used to do share docs between teams.
  • Great organization.
  • The ability to have all my docs on there and accessible.
  • Easy to work with.
  • Sometimes it goes down on the back end, which makes things a bit tricky to work with.
  • It has made the sharing of documentation and processes more streamlined.
They are about as equally usable. We used SharePoint because it was included with our 365 license.
SharePoint is great for keeping communication and document sharing between team members organized and easy. It allows for process docs to be shared, but also consistently edited documents to be shared and checked out as well.
