Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using MS SharePoint as our Intranet, as well as for Extranet and Internet pages. This is being used across the whole organization for all users. It helps the business problem of communication and providing one spot to go for users to retrieve the information they need.

Easy Intranet creation
A simple way of collecting documents
Revisions of documents

Cons

Customizing Sharepoint can be a bit of a struggle
I feel that some of the options aren't very intuitive
Wish there were more "wizards" to help users guide them through what they want to be done instead of relying on me, or me creating documentation
