Overall Satisfaction with Namely
We are using Namely for our entire organization. We are using both the HRIS and payroll function. We are in the process of implementing the benefit administration feature. We have been able to get away from the traditional time clocks and use Namely at each employees workstation to clock in and out. We are also 100% digital with performance evaluations. Our employees love the look and feel of Namely. The platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Pros
- I love being able to add profile fields to create custom reports. This is a very powerful function that allows me to produce top notch reports for our board of directors.
- Workflows allowed us to do away with several paper processes and turn them into a streamlined automated process. (i.e. address updates, etc...)
- Employees like being able to access their profile and pay stubs from home. Employees may also request time off from home.
- The electronic on-boarding makes life easy.
Cons
- Namely could add a function for alerts when licenses or certificates are about to expire.
- I would like to see a partnership with an online learning management system.
- I would like to see a file system similar to Microsoft's OneDrive.
- A place for online collaboration like SharePoint would be great.
- Streamline the Time Off to be a two way conversation between payroll and HR
- The customer service turn around time is amazing.
- Employee complaints were reduced by 90%. Allowing HR to focus more on other projects.
- Ease of use is a huge plus for employees and managers. The look and feel of Namely is simple, yet very powerful.
- ADP
We made the switch from ADP to Namely. This saved money and time. The customer service from Namely blew ADP out of the water. Employee complaints and re-training is almost non-existent with Namely. It seemed like a constant task with ADP. The entire company from the lowest level to the highest level uses Namely and loves it.

Using Namely
70 - All of your employees use Namely. Namely is used to track time off, performance reviews, peer reviews, pay, taxes, ACA reporting, benefit management just to name a few. It is a great tool for the entire organization.
2 - We currently have two administrators for our organization, but we have an entire support team we have access to at Namely. Customer service is excellent and the turn around time on inquires or requests is superb.
