Overall Satisfaction with Namely
We are using Namely for HR and payroll purposes. We were looking for a solution that would standardize our HR processes, do away with the manual nature in which we have worked in the past and also move away from ADP for payroll purposes. We have been happy with the system thus far.
- Managing PTO and time off.
- Performance reviews and goals setting.
- Managing employee information.
- More functional events calendar.
- Improvements to implementation process.
- Improved employee efficiency
I do not have experience with other products.
