Overall Satisfaction with Namely
The appeal to switching to Namely for our company was that it housed everything we needed on its platform that we had previously been using spreadsheets, Google Sheets, apps and calendars for. With Namely it is easily accessible and very easy to use.
- Namely is incredibly easy to use, it's very intuitive, and has a great interface.
- Paperless onboarding!
- The support team has been wonderful and is very responsive to any questions or issues that may arise.
- Would love for them to offer 401K brokerage.
- Would like to see some case studies for how other companies have done certain configurations to the platform. This may be something that will come with time.
- Our employees actually use it!
- It is much easier to communicate with the team: announcements section, calendar that displays time off requests, easy access to benefits, etc.
- Onboarding is paperless and painless, it's great having everything in one place.
We decided on Namely because of the ease of use and that it allowed us to discontinue having to use multiple calendars, spreadsheets and other apps and have everything in one place. The last system we used was archaic and bulky, items were very hard to locate. Namely solved many of the problems and pain points were were experiencing, it has been a great decision to switch over!
