Overall Satisfaction with Namely
Namely was just introduced in our company and we are in the testing and customizing phase.
The first reaction to Namely was: wow, the tool is very visual! and there are various features which you can use in your organization like: setting up the org chart, a very visual performance management, customized workflows. I am keen to going live with Namely as it will get people in an HR tool which looks familiar and suitable for the generation we currently have in our office: the Millennials.
One more tip: Namely backstage is very cool!!! It is very engaging!

- Performance management: - you can define it in the best way it suits your organization
- Could introduce a concept of gamification - just like Namely Backstage which is so cool!
- Better employee engagement - we hope for that
Because it is more visual and it integrates various features which our current HR system didn't have: org chart, time off functionality, workflows etc.
