Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is used in my organization as the primary HRIS. It is used as an employee directory, payroll system, benefits administrator and onboarding tool. We transitioned to Namely in order to have a "one stop shop" - one system that will communicate seamlessly between all different aspects of the HR organization.
  • Reporting - can pull out all information including history data and custom field
  • Self-serving - employees feel comfortable looking for information on it as a first point of contact
  • Integration - the different pieces integrate seamlessly and looks like it's going to integrate with leading ATS to streamline the onboarding process
  • Payroll system should be up to the same standard as the HRIS
  • Should improve the feedback / reviews product - allow ongoing feedback as well as more modularity
That is the only product that truly combines HRIS with Payroll
A good system for the 50 - 500 sized companies.
Would be cautious if you expect it to support international payroll / benefits service.
