Overall Satisfaction with Namely
We currently use Namely for our internal employees. We have multiple branches nationwide and it is a wonderful tool for communication. It not only assists with time keeping, org charts, etc. It eliminates the number of emails HR may receive regarding benefits, time off requests, the amount of time still remaining, etc. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

- It would be helpful to see on a monthly calendar what days your team has requested days off to avoid any further request issues.

I use ADP for one of our clients and to be honest, can't stand it. Depending on what platform we use [for our clients], we receive different errors. I have also used Workday and was not impressed. Seems to be very basic. I have also used Taleo in the past and before it was taken over by Oracle it was just ok, not something I would recommend either. Out of all of them, Namely seems to have the best to offer.
