Namely is being used throughout our company. It allows employees to have access to what they need through the mobile app and helps with engagement and communication across the company. The company news feed is also a great way for employees to recognize their peers who are going above and beyond.
- Customization: You can customize profile feeds, workflows, and forms to fit your company's specific needs.
- Easy to use: Very user friendly, not difficult for the administrators to figure out. Intuitive.
- More integrations with background check vendors, Everify.
- Better integration with PTO and Payroll (PTO should flow over and not have to manually be entered).
- Saves us a significant amount of time with the automation. Less room for error.
- ADP, Kronos and Paychex
Namely is better for us because it's an innovative tool that is keeping up with HR trends.
