Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We are using Namely as one window for all HR solutions company-wide.
  • Responsive support team.
  • Provide HRIS, Payroll, PTOs, compliance and Benefits solutions.
  • User friendly system.
  • Nothing that I could name as of now.

User friendly.
Provide all solutions together.
Namely was implemented before my joining.
Because it's a user friendly system with all HR functions together.
Till mid of last year, their support team was laid back, but now they have improved the whole process and response. It could also be a bit expensive for small enterprises, but overall if we compare it with other HR platforms in the market, then Namely provides a comprehensive and hassle-free system.
