Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is currently being used at World Remit across the UK organisation, there are approximately over 1000 users in our UK entity that use namely as their HR function. We use it to store employee information such as personal details, job information, salaries, holidays etc.
  • Bring employees together (socially).
  • User friendly
  • Can store large amount of data.
  • Rehire ex emp on same record
  • Time saved as it helps with reports.
  • Self service for employees.
Namely is more user-friendly; you can navigate around better compared to SF. SF is more complicated in terms of payroll.
Not applicable as I am a new user to Namely.
Brilliant system to use.
Namely is very user-friendly and brilliant for Payroll/HR functions. Gives employee freedom to book time off, change personal details and easy for managers to approve/decline.
