Overall Satisfaction with Namely
We currently are using Namely as our HRIS and Payroll platform. It is being used across the whole business. Namely is not a platform I would recommend to my network of HR professionals.
Pros
- Pushing the Help Community to clients regularly.
Cons
- Better client servicing.
- Meeting the needs of the business by way of addressing concerns.
- We would like to see tickets answered within a 24 to 48 hour time frame.
- Service reps who have the answer and know how to address issues and concerns.
- A resource for our employees.
- The ability for our employees to use a self-service system.
At the time people were impressed with the Facebook look of the system.
