Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is being used at our company to manage onboarding, payroll, time off and reviews.
  • Payroll is done very well, especially by Christin Taylor. She is the best.
  • Review tracking is easy and efficient.
  • Calendar is great.
  • Definitely in benefits. I decided not to use Namely benefits with how poor communication was.
  • Namely Time is not user friendly, also don't like how it's separate from HRIS.
  • Project Services is poor in communication. I have to ask for updates from them.

  • They have cost us with tax penalties. We share the notices we get and they are not timely enough to get them fixed.
  • Namley Time glitches cost us time.
  • Pay project services for EIN registration and still dealing with it for 2 months.
  • Saved us on payroll multiple time. :)
Worked with many different people due to some leaving employment with Namely. Not ideal. Otherwise it was great.
It hasn't blown our mind but it has been useful.
It's great in the areas I described (payroll reviews, employee relations. Not so much in benefits and Namely Time. There are many glitches.
