Namely is used to manage teams, employee information, time off requests, and resources for employees. It is used across the whole organization and it helps us to track and manage employees' benefits and informations.

Culture Amp is great for employee performance reviews and surveys. Expensify is used for reimbursements. I believe for both purposes Namely could be the only platform, but due to not having all the features, the organization had to use other platforms.
