Overall Satisfaction with Namely

It creates ease with onboarding and handbook management. In my opinion, it is the worst at benefit management particularly offboarding.

  • Its actually faster to do myself. Too much time spent managing outcomes.
I did not implement, and three years down the road we find out we have 2 company files which is why we have training problems. 6 weeks in, its not fixed yet.
There are too many places to click and repetitively fill out to get tasks done. We can get used to that of course, but would be nice to make it streamlined.
In my opinion, we would not use them at the level of service we are getting. In my experience, response is slow, they are a middle man and not able to personally do actions, they wait for others to respond and do not manage the response is received.
