Overall Satisfaction with Namely
We utilized Namely as our HRIS, globally for US and Germany. We did not utilize the payroll functionality or benefits, as we were also paired with a PEO. Namely helped us to keep all of our employees in one place, and to track changes to compensation, title, manager etc. We were also able to use it's functionality for performance reviews.
Pros
- Very user friendly interface, for both employees and admins
- was very good for German data
- had an HR dashboard (and relatively good reporting)
Cons
- in my opinion, HORRIBLE performance review platform, we had a really hard time with it and would not recommend that you use this function
- In my experience, poor customer service, difficult to get ahold of them when you need support
- Capabilities are limited in comparison to other more robust HRIS systems
