Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Our organization uses Namely as an HRIS. We are able to manage payroll and benefits through this product. Employees can access their year end documents like W2s, etc, update their personal information and retrieve paystubs.
  • The product is really easy to use.
  • The benefits wizard is very user friendly.
  • The tax feature through Manage Payroll is really difficult to navigate, especially when you have multiple places you have to register your organization with a remote workforce.
  • The ticketing system is incredibly confusing. Its hard to find historical conversations. The tickets are closed if you don't respond within 5 business days and you have to reopen an entire new case, filling everything out.

  • We use Greenhouse as an ATS and it integrates with Namely for onboarding. The onboarding process is simple and efficient.
The implementation team was incredible.
This is a very user friendly platform.
When we joined Namely, our team was at 49 employees. In the last year we have grown to 100 employees and I feel that we have outgrown them. When we were smaller this product was perfect for our team.
