Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite

NetSuite is being used across my whole organization. NetSuite allows my company to keep track of inventory accurately. NetSuite also allows my organization to fulfill open sales orders and submit work orders to our 3PLs. Each department in my organization has a different function within NetSuite. Some departments use it for accounting purposes, while another department uses it for inventory management. NetSuite has the flexibility to serve any department in my organization.

NetSuite is a very good product to have. It allows us to have accessibility to our reports whether we are working in the office or at home. NetSuite also has the ability to redo incorrect transactions. Other products I have used in the past do not have this kind of flexibility within their product.
Slack, Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
NetSuite is well suited for inventory management and production management. It allows us to view our inventory levels in real-time. It also alerts my team when inventory level falls below our minimum quantity. This has helped my team greatly in production planning and demand planning. NetSuite has been nothing but perfect so far for my supply chain team.
