Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

The system is being utilized for our financial, manufacturing and sales functions.
  • standard reports are very thorough
  • ability to customize reports
  • customizing reports can be tedious.
  • Implementation was a little complex
  • Freed time from finance team from manual processes.
  • Costs are higher based on per user
Netsuite was more driven towards our enterprise focus.
Smaller companies will find it difficult to implement the system. Company's with smaller teams will need to dedicated enough time to work with NetSuite in order to effectively deploy the system.
