Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

day to day operations for finance and intergrated with crm and online store. our finance team of 30 people have full access to the day to day operations and transactions. we have been going through a lot of M&A activity where they bring on their own system and we fully integrate their account to NetSuite ERP and archive the old financial systems.

Pros

  • modern financial process
  • integrates with high end transactional
  • manage the transactional process

Cons

  • the current plague of outages
  • once single system for finanacial
  • on M&A we can scale up with each acquisition
