We use NetSuite ERP for basic financials, AR and AP. We are a professional services company that bills our customers based on time tracked

NetSuite ERP very usable, however, depending on the business process, does require more clicks. One feature i would love to see is the ability to move around line items on a transaction
I would have to say that support doesn't always seem to be able to grasp the issue at hand from the getgo. Being a very experienced NetSuite consultant, i am able to easily see after a few minutes that most of the support reps are not very knowledgeable in my opinion, and I have lost trust in regular support team.
Of course, before recommending I would need to know their overall requirements, but NetSuite ERP does an amazing job of keeping everyone working in the same environment across multiple departments
