Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use Netsuite as an ERP system and provide consultancy to other users. It addresses mainly the GL part for most of my customers. It is making the AP and AR process simple by making a good level of automation. Apart from this it is very easy to access from mobile/tab/laptop.
  • Account Payables.
  • Book Keeping.
  • Roles and access structure.
  • Integration to other systems.
  • Form customization.
  • It promotes growth by eliminating the manual process in the financial part of consumers' business.

The same benefits which I have mentioned before.
The contact with NetSuite support is always a smooth process. The suiteanswers serve very well in most of the situation. This is the biggest advantage as we are not in need of customer support for every single query. There is a suite answer which can be used for this purpose.
NetSuite is a very good ERP tool I have used in my 12 years of experience. This allows a very good control over customization and data import/export. The reporting capability of the product is also very flexible and good. The dashboard can be tailored to any person/role of the organization and it makes the workday easy.
