Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We have used NetSuite for company-wide financials for five years, and one year ago, we deployed advanced manufacturing for the operations side of our business. We use MRP, Procurement, Order management, marketing, and financials today.
- No downtime! We haven't had any outages in a year!
- Easily extensible with partner applications such as Tipalti, RFSmart, PaceJet, and Celigo.
- Integrated data across operational functions.
- Ease of creating simple customizations via workflows.
- WMS does not have enough features to be robust enough for use: License Plating, UCC labeling and shipment rate shopping.
- Outsourced manufacturing requires lots of manual effort to realize - 6 transactions to receive inbound completed manufactured products! (TO to the manufacturer, IR, PO for finished goods, WO completion, TO, IR).
- MRP does not have enough training materials available.
- We've reduced manual efforts significantly to synch data across systems between ops and financials.
