Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use NetSuite ERP for accounting/financials, sales/invoicing, and manufacturing. Inventory management, and the costing of our products have been a business problem that NetSuite ERP has helped address. Order Management as well as Financial Management have been two areas that NetSuite ERP has helped address within our business. Manufacturing, retail/E-commerce, and Wholesale Distribution are three areas with great improvements from NetSuite ERP being used within our organization.

I believe that NetSuite ERP's overall usability is an 8, since I've been using NetSuite ERP for the last few years, I myself feel pretty comfortable navigating NetSuite ERP. There are some issues when it comes to usability, I feel that NetSuite ERP could be made a little more simple, especially when it comes to new users. Sometimes NetSuite ERP can seem difficult to understand/navigate the dashboard and when creating reports/searches, it can be challenging to understand how to get the correct data to pull. Overall, I've had a great experience with NetSuite ERP and its usability which is why I give them an 8. Always room for improvement.

Since I use NetSuite ERP for Accounting/Finance, I've had a great experience with NetSuite ERP because I feel that it is well suited for our company financial needs/wants. Getting the financial reports are quick and easy to customize to our needs. On the other side, where NetSuite ERP can be a little less appropriated, has been in our inventory management/ costing. We ran into some issues with the costing of our inventory and it was difficult to fix since we couldn't find an ideal report to use.
