Overall Satisfaction with New Relic

I am very happy with New Relic use cases and dashboard and log management stuff but there is still a need of improvement in terms of customisable dashboards , integration to SNOW and API. There current dashboards are pretty good but expectations are pretty high.hence this rating is based upon the experience till now with New Relic
New Relic is used as monitoring tool in our organisation that sends us alerts and various dashboards are created on New Relic. From business perspective dashboards are quite helpful as one can see all the information on single page.Currently it is used as monitoring tool only and our teams are working to identify how they can use more and more for other purposes.

It is quite helpful in monitoring various metrics such cpu utilisation, performance, disk space and input/output on disk. And these data can be presented in dashboard is quite helpful for the teams and management.
Improvement is required in integration where we can integrate alerting with ITSM tools to generate tickets

Using New Relic

5000 - Various teams from Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private banking , Technology services , Group functions uses New Relic in log management and monitoring of there infrastructure and business transaction.New Relic helps them to provide various insights and comparison of data to them in there dashboard which help them to make correct decision
