Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
NinjaOne is used internally as we have a very small IT team and remote workers. We are able to push out patches, remote monitoring, and various endpoint managment functions easily and efficiently.
Patch management is huge for us, especially since most users are seldomly in the offices and we have too many locations for two IT persons to cover.
We also use the Backup function to backup Windows laptops, again, since the users are not often in a location where a backup server is availalble.

- When we went from 3 FTE in IT to 2, NinjaOne allowed us to automate tasks that allow us to survive with such a small staff.
When we went from 3 FTE in IT to 2, NinjaOne allowed us to automate tasks that allow us to survive with such a small staff. NinjaOne helps us to maintain a healthy fleet, backup important data remotely and to ensure that patches are patched an updates are executed. Not sure how we could possibly manage without this tool in our arsenal.
We use it for patch updates, monitoring and notifcation of any particular activities that we deep unsafe and it does also help us to manage our sparsely populated work force using our very small information technology department. Without NinjaOne, we would certainly have to hire another full time employee or employee a much more expensive remote management partner.
Patch managment automation and data backup automation have saved us countless hours.
NinjaOne is the easiest to deploy and most cost effective solution we could find.
