Make patch management a thing of that past

We are using NinjaOne as our RMM and patch deployment software. It has made patching and security upkeep on our devices so much easier. The software that we were using before caused so many headaches that NinjaOne was able to come in a resolve. Deploying to our environment took no time what so ever and configuration was simple and to the point. I can honestly say I have my team come to me and let me know how much they enjoy using this vs what we had and that puts a smile on my face.

NinjaOne has been able to turn our support time around to remote in on a machine 10 fold and our service desk team has done nothing but rave about how easy and great it is to use. This coupled with their patching automation and policy support, we have not had to worry about patching in a LONG time

We are using NinjaOne to patch, monitor and policy our workstations. We have not had to worry about making sure our machines get the latest patches in a awhile because NinjaOne just does it for us.

I have been able to automate patching, software updates, installs, and 3rd party software updates like dell command. I was spending and average 40 hours a month chasing down machines and begging people to turn on their computers, not anymore with NinjaOne. Now, if anything, its please make sure its on and plugged in and from there the machine is able to get its updates. Doesnt have to have someone logged in!
