NinjaOne is a great product that streamlines our IT Fleet Management
Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
I utilize NinjaOne to manage a multitude of both remote and local laptops, desktops, servers and also Raspberry PI 5 devices. I am able to install software, uninstall software and manage software and firmware patches and updates on all my devices throughout my organization.
I use the NinjaOne Remote software to connect to devices and provide remote support for my users throughout the company when needed. NinjaOne has recently released their Quick Connect software which allows me to remotely connect to devices that have not yet been enrolled into my NinjaOne account and then I can get the NinjaOne software installed on that device and begin providing support to that user remotely.

We have easily been able to install and remove any software that we want. This has made switching between various software services easy and improved our downtimes due to the fact we can install and uninstall in the background without remoting into the computer and halting a users work.
We are able to manage firmware and software patches so we can ensure that our users are only getting the appropriate system updates that they need without getting an update that causes issues with something on their system. We are able to easily approve updates before they are pushed out to our fleet

We are now able to manage all patch updates and monitor which computers are using an older version of Windows. We are in the process of upgrading everything to Windows 11 to stay up to date with Microsoft and security preferences. We can easily see all devices on Windows 10 or older and work to install the latest Windows 11 update and if a device is unable to handle that update we will know and be able to replace that device.
Installation of some of our standard software services such as Adobe Reader or Zoom software. We have these specific software programs setup to install to various organizations within our system automatically. We can easily setup a new device and get it on our NinjaOne account and then have the necessary software automatically installed by our policies.
- PDQ Deploy & Inventory
NinjaOne not only handles the simple things such as installing software but it also allows us the ability to monitor firmware and patch updates as well. We can provide remote support and not just remotely install software on devices.
