NinjaOne review
Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
I have been using NinjaOne for about 4 years now. We appreciate the roadmap for feature and the constant improvements they are working toward. The customer service is solid and we are very happy overall with them as a partner. The up time is great, the options for remote support are varied and the documentation features are handy.
Pros
- Update management
- Remote support options
- Documentation
Cons
- Mdm isn’t perfect yet (still new)
- AV integrations limited
- Cost is not low
- Our cost per endpoint is reasonable
- We save time with policy management
- Settings can be applied across organizations.
NinjaOne has a lot of role based and policy based options that we take advantage of. Some users have more flexibility than what they can do, some users are limited by policy. we also take advantage of the massive knowledge base that NinjaOne has to solve some problems.
We are able to see the update status of every machine across all organizations and an easy dashboard. we are also able to tell if any machine is in violation of a policy that we’ve set up based on our best practices and years of experience. They even have a feature coming, what we’ll be able to see the warranty status.
We automate as much as we can to save as much time as possible. NinjaOne has a generous API that we used to our advantage, billing, tickets and cost overruns can all be tracked easily. The only thing we will not automate is using Ninja to back up client machines.
We have used many RMM providers and the UI, cost and experience has all been better with NinjaOne.
Datto wasn’t able to improve anything in the three years that we use them, in fact they were sold to and immediately started trying to sell us the other services they had.
Syncro wasn’t safe from an architecture perspective.

Kaseya is a mess all around.
