Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Nintex at our specific location while there is an enterprise license for multiple locations. Our location uses Nintex to document SOPs and share best practices or ideal future state maps.

The resources available to coach and launch the roll-out would be helpful to add there.
More comm plans that orgs can tailor and use to help promote the adoption and understanding of how to leverage tools

We hope it will reduce confusion around key processes saving time and improving customer satisfaction, but the data isn't confirmed

Usability

Pretty easy UI and self teach yourself the tools. I really like the AI feature for mapping.

Integrations

None that I'm aware of- this would be great to have.

Not sure if we have, but wish our Acct. Rep would reach out to ensure we are using all the features we paid for.

Microsoft Visio, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, Zoom Workplace and Microsoft Powerpoint

Best for future state. Not recommended for capturing the current state with all the decision nodes and pathways- I use visio or Lucid for those.
