Overall Satisfaction with Nintex

We are using Nintex Process Manager to document all of our business processes. Following this, we are evaluating our processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency through automation and AI. We are also utilizing process documentation as a means to make onboarding more efficient, so that new staff members can review processes relevant to their role.

Pros

  • Process Documentation.
  • User Experience.
  • Customer Service.

Cons

  • Assigning a person to a "Role" when you create the "Role." It will assign the previously identified person to new roles on creation.
  • I'd like more custom theme configurations.
  • I'd like to have click-and-drag functionality for group reassignments.

Staff have been able to build their processes with minimal training. We've also been able to set up a folder infrastructure fairly easily. However, it's a little more challenging to reassign processes between folders. Overall, we've been able to use it for comprehensive process documentation. Capturing information such as steps, RACI, related processes, and overall process flow.

It's great for process documentation. It helps reduce risk as staff exit and re-enter. Nintex also offers a suite of options that offer solutions for automation as well. It is easy to use, but there are still some knots to undo as they build upon their legacy Promapp solution. It has provided our organization with the tools we can use to evaluate our process efficiency.
