Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform
Nintex being used as platform for automating business processes and electronically completed business forms. It addresses the following problems:
* Automates manual business processes
* Reduces need to hardcopy forms by allowing users to report data
* Allows uses to enter data when offline.

- User friendly development interface with little code required - Allows developers to better develop, support and troubleshoot forms.
- Offline capabilities - In industries with remote workers, having the ability to fill in a form without a reliable internet connection or connection to company network is hugely important.
- Good logging - Allows developers a custom logging functions that makes troubleshooting a lot easier.
- Loading can be slow when publishing forms and workflows
- Out of the box Nintex forms doesn't allow you to connect across site collections. With flat structures including 1000s of site collection becoming more common, this is important.
- Helpdesk has not been responsive or helpful at times.
- Positive - Allowed non-programmer developers to be able to build and understand eforms and workflows.
- Negative - Migrated from on-premise to Online was and still is a massively timeconsuming and costly process as there is no adequate migration tool and the features are not at parity,
Office 365 Intranet and document management environments - very important to have flexible deployment so that the solution can be restricted to development team but deployed where needed for special projects.
Non-IT staff fill in forms and action workflows tasks. They do not develop.
Nintex forms has easier onboarding then PowerApps, but perhaps doesn't have as much freedom to connect to different datasources.
Nintex workflow is a lot more feature rich than MS Flow however not as easy to access.
