Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
We have several business processes that have been automated via nintex. It has improved process efficiency and made them paperless. Also when the process changes, with Nintex, changing the flow is relatively flexible.

We have integrated with our SQL databases. Our forms are .net based and we have architected it so that the task and user input form show on the same page. This js something that nintex lacks. Also using our .net forms we are able to maintain history of the flow for auditing sine we record our actions in sql. We have also integrated with aspose to convert different types of docs to pdf.
Easier reporting. Maintaining data for historical record keeping. Also no need to process feeds from other systems in order to process data.
Easier to use. Less complicated in setting up the system although K2 may be more powerful in terms of features and also not dependent on sharepoint engine. Nintex serves our purposes.
