Overall Satisfaction with Notion

Each team has a page entitled their "team space" with their employees, ongoing project board, calendars for their ongoing projects etc. We also use it as an FAQ hub where we can all find answers to questions. We even have a page for reporting the lunch menu for the week. It helps to stop us to keep up to date on our colleagues work and stop working in silos.

Pros

  • uses colours and imagery to keep things engaging

Cons

  • The app is often glitches
  • The app slows down my entire computer
  • There should be a bit more guidance available at all times to see what you can and can't do
  • knowledge hub and AI are great
  • the resources help us to reply to clients quickly
  • it's useful to plan marketing campaigns
  • Helps us be efficient
It has a lot of great features, like customizable task boards, project organization, and team collaboration tools. However, the app can be really slow, especially when you have a lot of content or pages open. This lag can slow down your computer and definitely hurt productivity. If it were faster, it’d be much more seamless to use.
I think Miro also has it's downsides but in general there is more options to illustrate one's creative ideas and workflows etc. Notion is slightly more limiting in that sense. And due to two facor authentification I also tend to work more in Google Sheets and google docs and send these directly to colleagues rather than show the on notion

Yes

Notion works really well for organizing project boards, task lists, and teamspaces—it’s great for keeping everything in one place. But when it comes to calendars, it’s not the best since syncing is clunky. If you’re using tools with two-factor authentication, it can be a hassle. Also, embedding Miro or Google Sheets can be tricky.
