Overall Satisfaction with Notion

I manage personal and team tasks. Working with my team, means viewing tasks progress, sharing insights and ideas on current goals, driving innovation and future planning for product releases. It's easy to save "read later" articles from different sources and links shared from team members. I set personal daily goals within my capability, visualizing progress makes it more fun to complete.

Pros

  • Combine all life related tasks. personal, work, shared tasks, etc
  • provide templates and template store
  • supports any user experience to personalize my experience
  • export to public pages, showing external, unauthenticated users the content I want to share

Cons

  • time management tracking capabilities
  • recurring tasks and the ability to control more granularly on times tasks
  • workflow capabilities with functions
  • Reduced administrative tasks completion time by 10-20%
  • collaboration ease - removed complexity on sharing progress and assets between team members
  • helped pivot specific idea development and delivery due to the visibility of information.
  • easy to install on every device - gave us freedom to work anywhere.
I tried so many tools and this is the best overall experience I could hope for. Getting a task management platform to be fully adaptive to my needs is complex, and Notion gets it done. I use Notion on both desktop and mobile. The seamless way both display updates and I can do everything from both platforms is worth noting.
Notion pretty much combines all the capabilities each one of these platforms have and just takes the most important ideas and concentrates on making them stand out. I can create a "Trello" type of timeline, and use a more traditional "Jira" or "Asana" type of waterfall view. getting a hierarchy of dynamic pages allows for flexible User experience.

Do you think Notion delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Notion's feature set?

Yes

Did Notion live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Notion go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Notion again?

Yes

As a person who needs time management for work, life, and personal projects, even managing time with the family becomes hard.

I can create the list with all ideas dumped into one place, organized the way I want it to be and have support from a platform to hold and maintain this in one place. I create tasks and reminders to be able to check up on my progress, and share this with my co-workers and with my wife. The fact I can export a page into a shared web page, accessible from every device, is worth millions, by itself.
