Overall Satisfaction with Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure

We use Nutanix AOS to manage and govern how our virtual machines are operating. This has been transitioned into about 90% of our operations. It solves the need to get away from VMWare. It is a very clean system and does exactly what we need without fail! The interface is very easy to use.

  • The numbers for resources may be able to be changed to let better the user know what can be used
  • The N+1 method works well but the indicators do not reflect that well
  • We save money with an all-inclusive pricing model and cut out of extra pieces we no longer need
  • The management of this product is minimal and save time and resources.
  • We found that the N+1 portion is working well but not identified well.
Nutanix AOS is by far the superior leader when compared against this competition. They are quicker and more reliable. Also, the functionality is much more advanced and simplicity leading.
Automation is wonderful, and the performance of its tools works without fail. I have not had one issue with the automation concerning upgrades and how it works in the background without issue to the end-user.
  • The management of virtual machines is by far the best in the industry. The interface is very clean and easy to use; anyone could log in and find their way around without much effort.
  • The N+1 factor is perfect and works as it should, but the indicators of this on the readout need to be optimized to show the true nature of this.

  • The simplicity and all in one product were the two most important factors of our purchase. The best part is that even though they caught our eye in the sales pitch and over delivered, the functionality is top-notch in the game.
  • They do things very well that others do not. The simplicity is by far the leader in the space. I can not say any others that do this have a simpler interface and operation without taking away from functionality and performance.

Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure Support

The support team is splendid. I can not say enough good about them. The attention to detail and resolutions promptly is paramount in our industry; they do this particularly well.
The support is even equipped with opening tickets from alerts and replying to them to let the end-user know there may be an issue without the end user even knowing yet.

Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure Reliability

Yes, yes, yes! Overall performance has dramatically increased. The applications and data read/write is faster than it has ever been. On top of all that, the movement of virtual machines and loading is faster than I would have imagined could be possible. It is the future tech and should be head of the class for a long time.
