Overall Satisfaction with Odoo
We used Odoo for our CMS management and our ERP system. After being disappointed and frustrated by their services, support, and capabilities, we made the switch to HubSpot which has been incredibly better. Odoo is NOT intuitive or user friendly and you will 100% end up spending more trying to hire people who actually will give you the time of day needed to get work done on your systems. The lack of support, response time, and User Interface in Odoo is extremely bad; which just compounds the lack of support issue. The system seems to be designed by hundreds of different app developers, who have no association to Odoo so they are clunky, frequently breaking because they're outdated from a system update in Odoo. On its surface, it seems like it would be an easy-to-use solution, but the moment you go to needing anything somewhat custom or slightly different from their default the system becomes extremely complicated and you have to hire their licensed support team. It's just constantly trying to get more and more money out of you with very little return to the consumer.
- Ignore requests for support
- continue to collect money from users through micro-charges; apps, supports, etc.
- Offer no support when they do finally respond, saying that it's the app developer's duty.
- Creates a system that forces people that are good with software systems to pay for support
- User interface needs MAJOR improvements.
- Support Response time is atrocious. The typical response time is 3+ days. just to tell you to hire someone
- Support Effectiveness. They have virtually no support and when they do it's to tell you to pay for it.
- We left and they still cause us problems.
They don't even compare. Odoo is so bad with its UI it took me months to learn, and still be confused by it. Within less than a month using HubSpot I've surpassed my limitations and set up far more complex systems.

Yes. We had hired multiple licensed support people
Yes - No the support staff ignored it and so we fired them
One time I asked for our CTA to be changed to blue. It took me asking the support staff 4 times and opening 2 tickets... that was the best support I got and it was still incredibly slow.

- The WebPage Builder was pretty easy to use, which was nice.
- Almost every aspect of it was unnecessarily complicated

Yes - It's awful and I don't know why it exists. You can't do anything from it.
